The situation surrounding COVID-19, or Corona virus, also has the necessary impact within Hetraco that we want to inform you about.
Of course we follow the guidelines imposed by RIVM (Dutch Government) with the necessary adjustments within our company.
At present, these adjustments do not yet affect pending orders, which may cause delays. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss the possibilities. New requests or orders may have a different delivery time than you are used to from us, we will also communicate with you about this. We currently have a lower utilization in our factory and are also limited by our suppliers in Europe who also deal with closings and lower occupancies.
We hope for your understanding and cooperation to get through this crisis together!
